About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I use evidence-based treatment to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and distress caused by substance use. I work with young adults, adults across the life span, and couples facing relationship conflicts. Likewise, I also work with individuals and family members affected by substance use and co-dependence issues. I use an integrated approach and combine behavioral and psychodynamic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), brief psychotherapy, behavioral activation, emotionally focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused treatment.
